If a grant is offered to your organisation, some general conditions will apply:
| Grants are only offered towards expenditure not yet incurred. |
| Grants are paid on evidence of expenditure such as receipts or invoices. For project grants, budgets and cost-coded management accounts will be required. |
| The grant offer may be withdrawn after 12 months if it is not taken up. |
| The Charles Hayward Foundation does not seek publicity concerning its grants. |
